Above Grade Home Inspections, Inc. provides home inspections, septic system inspections, radon testing, well water testing, sewer camera inspections, underground utility locating, termite inspections, and chimney inspections for homes in the Hudson Valley region of New York. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and conditions at the property. We may refuse or stop a service for safety or legal reasons.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are not binding unless they are provided in writing. The final price may vary based on the scope of the inspection, the size and condition of the property, or issues that could not be foreseen.

3. Payments

This website does not collect payments. Payments are handled outside the website. Payment is due when the service is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in lawful collection actions.

4. Appointments and Access

The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the property and to the areas being inspected or tested. Pets must be secured and known hazards made safe before the appointment.

5. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, found on the privacy policy page of this website.

6. Intellectual Property
